The linear shape of the site and physical planning formed a linear and tall mass that was divided into two functional zones in the design process. Separating the functional zone creates maximum circulation, spatial diversity, and specific views.

Sloping glass roof that was shaped by inspiring from vernacular architecture, in addition to supply the daylight, works as a buffer zone by closing the valves that supply heat in winter and ventilate interior space in summer by opening the ceiling valves and stack effect.

Furthermore, in order to use the surrounding green spaces and specific site views, terraces with vertical greening were designed around the volume inspired by indigenous architecture, as a protector to prevent the devious rainfall on external walls.
