The considered site for the park is located in the old military garrison in the south of Tehran, surrounded by highways.The park theme, location, and urban scale resulted to design of a tall mass in the first step, to be visible from around the site as a distinguishable sign and, to turn into a city monument.
In the second step of design, the primary was formed by getting an impact from the car and human entrance from different sides. Also in the next steps, the gate design was completed, using brick texture, traditional Iranian arches and Islamic calligraphy. Furthermore, in the gate design process, inspired by traditional Iranian architecture concepts, numerical and formal symbolic ideas and concepts were used to complete the form.
Finally, negative spaces in the volume make a different mode of light and shadow on the facade during the day and attractive views at nights by lighting.
