According to the climate and undesirable wind from the east and west side of the site, the primary mass was organized around a central courtyard inspired by vernacular architecture to protect from annoying winds and to create a desirable microclimate.

Also, site existing axes, possible access, defined units density based on physical planning, and required light supply were other effective factors in organizing the mass.

Modular and typical unit designs were the other main factors that based on simplicity and repeat principles were used to lower cost, to rapid construction, and to make form variation.

Furthermore, in different parts of the complex, like the central courtyard, balconies, roofs, and walls, green spaces such as green areas between the levels, green roofs, and green walls were used to supply psychological and spiritual needs of residents.
